Série Paisagem de Contagem

Para criação destes trabalhos, uma câmera fotográfica submarina foi apontada para o horizonte submerso do oceano e durante um minuto registrou as imagens. Para Lázaro foram feitas 1 imagem a cada 5 segundos resultando em 12 imagens. Para Santiago, foram feitas uma imagem a cada 10 segundos resultando em 6 imagens posteriormente justapostas recompondo assim, o mesmo horizonte. As alterações de cor são dadas pelas diferenças de luz entre manhã, tarde e anoitecer. O título dos trabalhos leva o nome da praia fotografada sugerindo uma relação entre espaço externo e interno à paisagem assim como da relação entre sua apreensão e o Tempo.

 

To create these works, an underwater photographic camera was pointed toward the submersed horizon of the ocean and images were registered during one minute. One image every five seconds resulted in a total of twelve images for Lázaro. For Santiago, one image every ten seconds resulted in six images subsequently recomposed over the same horizon. The color alterations result from the differences in light between morning, afternoon and evening. The title of the projects are the names of the photographed beaches suggesting a relationship between internal and external spaces to the landscape as well as a relationship between the captured shot and time
